The world-renowned shopping and leisure destination, Trafford Centre, approached us to help them establish an idea of visiting their venue as a perfect way to try the latest releases from brands and learn new tips and tricks from beauty professionals. The latest campaign, supported onsite brands in the beauty sector and created a space for them to showcase their product offering. The activation also gave the visitors an opportunity to ‘experience’ beauty and aimed to boost store visits and sales through hosting engaging events and teaming up with beauty brands.

Our Approach

We launched a digital campaign that put the spotlight on the engaging and interactive experience of shopping for beauty products at the Trafford Centre. Our campaign featured direct and inviting messages that encouraged customers to explore new products and gain insights from beauty experts. Alongside these messages, we created eye-catching visuals, including animated ads that capturing the atmosphere of the beauty scene, making the campaign visually compelling.

The Results

Our approach led to a great outcome, the Google campaign exceeded our goals, gaining over 1.7 million impressions and more than 12,000 clicks. The Meta campaign also did very well, with a click-through rate (CTR) of nearly 3% one of the highest we've seen for our Trafford campaigns, thanks to our engaging content and videos. Additionally, we successfully reached a group of customers who are usually hard to engage, the campaign totalled 7,594,376 impressions, 126,482 clicks and a CTR of over 1.67%, showing our ability to connect with a wide range of customers.
